Ulster bosses fear weather woes may spark further fixture chaos

ULSTER GAA chiefs are concerned that another postponement of their provincial football final would spark even more fixture chaos, according to officials.

The northern champions are due to face British title-holders Neasden Gaels in the All-Ireland quarter-final on Sunday week, and should this weekend’s rescheduled provincial decider between Crossmaglen and Glenties fall victim to the weather again, further disruption will follow.

Ulster Council chiefs confirmed last night that they will seek a postponement of the London fixture, which is to be played at Ruislip.
