GAA chiefs will reconsider the regulations regarding changes to playing rules at next year’s Congress.

Currently such rules can only be amended every five years, with the next window in 2015.

However many counties feel that such a timeframe needs to be reconsidered and Central Council delegates on Saturday backed plans to bring a motion to Congress to address the issue.
