Walsh: long road ahead for One-Club plan

MUNSTER Council chairman Sean Walsh admits there are issues to be addressed before the GAA’s ‘One Club Model’ programme is implemented at grassroots level nationwide.

Walsh was appointed last week to chair the committee responsible for the development of a framework that will assist in the roll-out of the new strategy.

Under the proposal it is envisaged that Gaelic football, hurling, camogie and ladies football will all come under the control of single administrative units in each club.
