McNulty poised for Laois job

JUSTIN McNULTY is expected to be ratified as Laois senior football manager tonight.

McNulty’s name will go before the County Board Executive at their meeting in Portlaoise, and should they, as expected, give the current Armagh senior coach their support, his name will come before a full meeting of clubs.

The news will come as a huge disappointment for Laois native Pat Roe, who was overlooked for the position in both 2006 and 2008.
