U-21 semis double up

THE Bord Gáis Energy All-Ireland U21HC semi-finals will be staged as a double-header in O’Connor Park in Tullamore on Saturday week, August 21.

Munster champions Tipperary face Ulster representatives Antrim at 4pm and that will be followed by the meeting of Dublin and Galway, a repeat of the 2007 All-Ireland U21 decider, at 6pm.

The All-Ireland junior football final between Kerry and Sligo on Saturday week will take place in Pearse Stadium in Galway at 3pm. The curtain-raiser will be the All-Ireland U21BHC semi-final between Kerry and Fermanagh at 1.30pm, while the venue for the other last four clash between Meath and the winners of the Connacht final between Mayo and Roscommon has yet to be finalised.
