Cadogan: workload not an issue in my injury

EOIN CADOGAN has dismissed suggestions an increased workload brought about by his dual commitments with Cork was responsible for the shin injury which sidelined him for both national league finals.

The Douglas club man also revealed he has not suffered a stress fracture as was first feared but remains unsure if he will be fit for the Rebels’ Munster SHC first-round game with Tipperary at the end of May and the footballers’ semi-final the following week.

Despite the setback, Cadogan is adamant he has no plans about dropping his commitment to either county team.
