McCarthy return a huge boost, says O Sé

MARC O SÉ has hailed Mike McCarthy’s pre-Championship return to Kerry as ‘a massive boost’, but insisted big brother Darragh won’t perform a similar retirement u-turn.

For the second year running, veteran Kilcummin man McCarthy has returned to the Kingdom panel despite not featuring during the league.

He made a massive impact last year after nearly three years away from the team, performing particularly well in the knock out games against Antrim, Dublin and Cork.
