“In September 2007, you, the club delegates in the county ratified my appointment as manager of the Clare senior hurling team.

It has been tested on a number of occasions since that ratification process.

I want to thank you sincerely for your confidence in me and for the courage you have displayed in determining and maintaining your right as club delegates to select the Clare hurling manager.
