Final defeat causes fixture chaos in Kerry

KERRY’S Munster final defeat to Cork is set to create fixture chaos at domestic level.

The Kingdom’s senior football championship third round ties fixed for July 19/20 have been postponed,, after Pat O’Shea’s side were forced down the qualifier route.

However, fixtures committee chairman Willie O’Connor said the continued participation of the minor and junior sides would also have to be taken into consideration.
