Semple to host NHL semi-finals

SEMPLE Stadium will host the Allianz National Hurling League semi-finals on April 15th.

The famous Tipperary venue has been closed for the past number of months due to work which is part of a €15 million upgrade project.

Redevelopment of the Kinane Stand commenced last August and Premier chiefs expect that work to be completed within weeks.

League and All-Ireland Champions Kilkenny will play the winners of the Wexford/Galway semi-final while Cork play either Tipperary or Waterford.

The NFL Division One semi-finals are to be played at Croke Park.
