Club game delays must be tackled to improve hurling, says Gilligan

NIALL GILLIGAN was flying the flag for the ordinary club hurlers yesterday.

The Clare star believes the GAA must tackle the delays in domestic competitions because of the expanded inter-county programme.

The irony, of course, is that Clare are benefiting from the new format.
