Maughan endorses McEnaney selection

EIGHT years ago, John Maughan expressed his displeasure at Pat McEnaney’s handling of Mayo’s All-Ireland SFC final loss to Meath.

That replay was marred by a mass brawl along with the dismissals Colm Coyle and Liam McHale, with Mayo never recovering from the loss of the latter.

Eight years on, Mayo are back in the final, McEnaney is back in the middle, McHale is a selector and Maughan is back on the sidelines.
