Tipp minors unchanged, Cork make two alterations
The Cork team shows two changes from that which defeated Limerick in the semi-final. Eoin Cadogan, who came on at right half-back, keeps his place to the exclusion of Martin O'Connor, while in attack Cathal Naughton replaces Richard O'Connell.
This will be the fourth final in-a-row between the counties, Tipperary having won the last three. It's Cork's fifth successive final appearance, but their only success was in 2000, against Limerick.
Meanwhile, the death has occurred of former Tipperary football star Dick Allen.
He was the last surviving member of the 1935 team which defeated Cork to win the Munster final, the last time the county achieved that feat.
Dick was an outstanding sportsman for his club Fethard, county and also for Munster in the Railway Cup. He played for six successive years 1934-39, but never won a medal.
