WATERFORD report no serious injury concerns after an intensive weekend of SHC action.

Of the side which started in the victory over Clare, 13 played for their clubs and while Ballygunner’s Andy Moloney and Lismore’s Dave Bennett picked up knocks both will be available for the semi-final against Tipperary on Sunday week.

The senior championship has now been put on hold until after June 6.

County Chairman Paddy Joe Ryan has rubbished suggestions that Waterford offered to play the semi-final in Semple Stadium if Tipperary agreed to play in Walsh Park when the counties are next drawn together.
