Skibb dig deep to force replay with Na Piarsaigh

Na Piarsaigh notched three goals over the hour and looked to be safe, three points up with time running out, but the Skibb oufit rallied with late points and substitute Sean Carmody levelled the game deep in injury time, 3-4 to 0-13.

Muskerry just about edged past Castlehaven in the other SFC clash in Enniskene yesterday, where Gary O’Halloran’s two goals were vital in the divisional side’s 2-8 to 1-10 win. Muskerry benefited hugely from the class of Cork stars in defence - hurler Tom Kenny and footballer Noel O’Leary kept them on the front foot, and they proved themselves a bogey team again for the men from Union Hall.
