Deise-Blues clash for Tsunami aid

MUNSTER SHC champions Waterford will face the county’s League of Ireland side in a fundraising match for the GOAL Tsunami Fund on Friday, February 11 at the Regional Sports Centre (7.30pm).

It is also hoped two boats will be commissioned, to be presented to a village in the disaster struck area. One boat is to be called “The Blues” while the other will be called “The Deise.”

“We were all touched by the scale of the disaster in South East Asia,” said Blues boss Alan Reynolds.
