Offaly ring changes for trip to Kingdom

OFFALY have made three changes from the side that lost to Tyrone last time out for tomorrow night’s Allianz NFL clash with Kerry at Austin Stack Park, Tralee.

Padraig Kelly replaces Kevin Meehan in goal. Kevin Lynham takes over the right full-back position from Ross Connor while James Coughlan replaces Thomas Deehan at top of the right.

The Meath team to play Kildare in Sunday's Division 1B clash in Navan shows one change from that which lost to Wexford last weekend.

St Michael's clubman Daithi Regan returns to the attack in place of Daithi Whyte. Regan's inclusion at top of the left sees Brian Farrell switch to full-forward.

Dunboyne clubman Ger Robinson a late replacement for Mairtin Doran the last day retains his place at right corner-forward after scoring 2-3 against the Slaneysiders.

All-Ireland champions Tyrone have given starting places to Collie Holmes, Kevin Hughes, Ger Cavlan and Owen Mulligan for Sunday's game with Monaghan at Omagh. All four were introduced as subs during last weekend's encounter at Tullamore.

Team captain David Heaney returns to the Mayo team for Sunday's showdown with Cork at Castlebar, while Liam O'Malley takes over the right corner-back position. Manager Mickey Moran has left a vacancy at right corner-forward following the suspension of Conor Mortimer.

The Cork team to play Kerry in the replay of the Munster U21 football championship at Pairc Uí Rinn tomorrow shows one change in personnel and a number of positional switches from the team which drew in Killarney last Saturday.

Roy Leahy, who made a big impression when introduced as a second-half substitute at full-forward, keeps his place, but moves to right corner-forward.

Positional switches see Fintan Gould move out to partner Alan O'Connor at midfield, with Patrick Kelly going in to lead the attack from his club-mate Brian Cotter. Full-forward in the drawn game, Paul O'Flynn, is out at right half-forward in a swap with Daniel Goulding.

Monaghan boss Seamus McEneaney will not be naming his team for Sunday's game against Tyrone until tonight.
