John Allen was honoured as manager of the year and winning Munster captain, John Gardiner, was named hurler of the year. The awards for camogie and ladies football went, respectively, to Gemma O'Connor and Sinead O'Reilly.
Colm Cooper picked up the award for 'footballer of the year' and former Kingdom great Sean Murphy won the Hall of Fame award, with Tony Reddin receiving the hurling equivalent.
