Cork wary of a vengeful Tipp

THE Cork team to play Tipperary in the Munster U-21 Hurling Championship final at Thurles tomorrow night has two changes from the side that beat Limerick in the semi-final.

Cork wary of a vengeful Tipp

Fergus Murphy, who came on as a second half sub and did well, holds his place at the expense of his Erin's Own clubmate Mark O'Connor while Kieran Murphy (Sars) who was injured for the Limerick game, returns in place of David Cashman.

Four players, Martin Coleman, Jerry O'Brien, Brian Murphy and Diarmuid O'Riordan are in line to win their second provincial hurling medal as they were members of the intermediate team which defeated Waterford in that final two weeks ago.
