Top teams square-up for league final spot
The last remaining quarter-final between Kerry and Waterford will decide who has the dubious honour of meeting All-Ireland champions Mayo in the second semi-final next week.
Cork had a comprehensive 3-13 to 0-10 win over Meath in the last eight but Galway were as exhilarating in destroying last year’s All-Ireland finalists Dublin. With home advantage in Corofin, they should overcome Cork if they can repeat that level of performance.
