726,000 tune in to RTÉ for the All-Ireland decider

ALMOST three quarters of a million people watched Sunday’s All-Ireland SHC Final on RTÉ.

The figure of 726,000 was a 73.6% share of the available audience between 3 and 5pm.

“These figures are pretty impressive,” an RTÉ spokesperson said yesterday, “and it’s a mark of the interest in hurling this year.”
