Attacks on Kelly ‘in very bad taste’: Barry-Murphy

FORMER Cork GAA dual star Jimmy Barry-Murphy has slammed the unprecedented attacks on president Sean Kelly at last weekend’s county convention.

A string of delegates were scathing in their criticism of the Kerryman, who has backed the opening of Croke Park.

One delegate suggested Kelly “does not deserve the respect of ordinary Gaels.”
