Moynihan replay blow for Kingdom

SEAMUS MOYNIHAN is out of the Kerry side for Sunday’s Munster football final replay against Limerick in Killarney.

The inspirational defender is making slow progress from the ankle injury which kept him out of last Sunday’s drawn final in Limerick, but is reckoned to be around two weeks away from a return to competitive action.

Moynihan refuses to give up hope of playing some part, though he admitted yesterday that the rate of progress is slow and frustrating.
