O’Shea delivers and sets up Kerry-Cork final showdown

KERRY have set up a Munster title showdown with arch-rivals Cork in the TG4 Ladies Football Championship following an extra-time victory over Waterford in Saturday’s semi-final at Dungarvan, 5-8 to 3-9.

The sides couldn’t be separated in normal time, 3-6 to 2-9, but goals by Geraldine O’Shea and Sarah O’Connor in extra-time fired the Kingdom through to the provincial decider on August 6.

O’Shea finished the game with 2-3, Jackie Murnane hit two goals while O’Connor registered 1-1.
