In Limerick however, the National League is no joke. Without a single title yesterday’s semi-final in the Gaelic Grounds was an opportunity, perhaps of a lifetime, for Limerick to take a major step towards redressing that imbalance, against their neighbours. You would have assumed then that the hungrier team, the more driven team, was in green-and-white.
