WATCH: Conor McGregor reads mean tweets; gives as good as he gets

Conor McGregor read out mean tweets about himself for BT Sport yesterday and, unsurprisingly, found most of them hilarious.

The super-confident UFC star has just finished a promotional tour for his upcoming title fight against Jose Aldo, and has proved over and over again that he is really not that concerned with other peoples’ opinion of him.

McGregor laughed out loud when compared to obnoxious British commentator Katie Hopkins, and broke into fits of giggles reading some other tweets.

“‘Conor McGregor is like an angry ginger cat’ - What, like a lion or a tiger? I’ll take that.”

But be warned tweeters, the MMA fighter pulled no punches when checking out the profiles of the people who wrote the mean comments.

He also had the last word: “I enjoyed reading your mean tweets, I will wipe my tears away with my money.”
