McGregor posts naked seflie as he tops Google charts

Irish UFC star Conor McGregor has celebrated the fact that he's topped the Irish Google search chart for sports personalities with a naked selfie.

We've a notion it may have been helped by the ladies.

The rest of the top 10 aren't surprising; it's obvious why Gareth Bale, Alex Ferguson, Oscar Pistorius and David Moyes are in there and the death of Galway hurler Niall Donoghue in October was obviously a shock to everyone.

There were evidently a lot of Arsenal fans in there too since Mezut Ozil got in at 7, and Willian's slot at number 8 shows he generated a lot of excitement for Chelsea fans in August.

But, how can you explain Thiago's number 9 place? Above Wayne Rooney at 10?
