McGregor enjoys successful Stateside debut in UFC

Dubliner Conor McGregor dominated from start to finish as he scored a unanimous decision over Max Holloway at the UFC Fight Night 26 Prelims in Boston overnight.

McGregor did not disappoint the vocal flag-waving Irish Americans and ex-pats in the TD Garden crowd, controlling the 15-minute bout both physically and tactically for a 30-27, 30-27, 30-26 verdict from the judges.
