Froome poised to complete Tour de France victory

Chris Froome is just one ride away from taking this year's Tour de France title.

He has a lead of 5 minutes and 3 seconds going into the final stage, which is generally a procession to Paris.

The leader is usually unchallenged by the other riders.

It would be the second year in a row that a Team Sky cyclist has won the Tour, after Bradley Wiggins' triumph in 2012.

The Team Sky rider said that it will be the culmination of a lot of hard work.
