The World Professional Billiards and Snooker Association have been made aware of unusual betting patterns around a match due to be played between Joe Jogia and Matthew Selt on Saturday.

An unusually high number of bets have been placed on Selt to win the Snooker Shootout match in Blackpool and WPBSA said the matter had now been referred to the head of their integrity unit, Nigel Mawer.
