Ireland top of Champions Challenge pool

Ireland's women's hockey team are top of their pool at the Champions Challenge in Russia following a 1-0 win over Malaysia today.

UCD's Lisa Jacob scored the only goal of the game in the 18th minute.

Ireland now await the winners of Pool A in the semi-final of the competition on Friday afternoon.
