Ferrari await ruling

Ferrari will know today whether they have been successful in acquiring an injunction against the FIA and their decision to introduce a budget cap into Formula One from next season.

Motor sport's world governing body recently imposed a £40m (€45.5m) figure, but amidst fears it will promote a two-tier championship, there has been widespread opposition from the current teams.
