Sutherland secures third medal for Ireland

Darren Sutherland has secured a third medal for Ireland in his quarter-final of the middleweight competition at the Worker Gymnasium at the Beijing Olympics this afternoon.

He defeated Alfonso Parra of Venezuela, rated number two in his division in the world, with a convincing display.
