O'Sullivan named coach of Australian athletics team
Sonia O'Sullivan has been appointed as Australia's team coach for the IAAF World Cross Country Championships in Edinburgh at the end of this month.
The Cork athlete has held dual Australian and Irish nationality since 2006.
She won a double victory for Ireland at the World Cross Country Championships in Marrakech 10 years ago.
Athletics Australia is sending a 22-strong team to Edinburgh and is hoping that O'Sullivan's guidance will speed up the development of their youngsters.
