Dennis wants drivers to put rivalry aside

Boss Ron Dennis has told Fernando Alonso and Lewis Hamilton to put their rivalry aside and concentrate on winning the Formula One drivers’ world championship for McLaren.

The pair’s relationship has deteriorated considerably in the last two weeks, with Hamilton proving the most outspoken of the duo in accusing Alonso of, amongst other things, being disloyal to the team and of trying to run him off the road at the Belgian Grand Prix.
