Defeat for both Irish stars in Welsh Open

Ken Doherty and Michael Judge were both defeated in the third round of the Welsh Open last night.

Former title holder Ken Doherty went down 5-3 at the hands of Scotland's Stephen Maguire.

And fellow-Dubliner Michael Judge lost 5-1 to Andrew Higginson.
