Irish boxer Katie Taylor has just been crowned the Women's World Lightweight Champion in India.

Irish boxer Katie Taylor has just been crowned the Women's World Lightweight Champion in India.

The 20-year-old European champ from Bray beat reigning title-holder Annabella Farias of Argentina 31-14 in the final today.

The fourth Women's World Championships are being held in New Deli.
