Super Aguri’s Takuma Sato will not feature on the final results for the Chinese Grand Prix after ignoring waved blue flags by race officials.

This is the second time this season the Japanese driver has been called up by stewards for the offence and he has been disqualified as a result.

Spyker MF1 driver Christijan Albers, meanwhile, was handed a 25-second time penalty for the same offence and given a reprimand.

Stewards also reviewed the incident involving Nick Heidfeld and Rubens Barrichello on the final lap, which saw the pair come together on the final hairpin. However, after hearing explanations from both drivers, the officials decided that no action would be taken.
