Hatton set for Tszyu fight

Ricky Hatton has finally landed his dream fight after his promoter Frank Warren revealed the world’s number one-ranked light-welterweight Kostya Tszyu will come to Manchester in the spring of the new year.

Hatton, 26, who defended his WBU crown for a 15th time by knocking out American Ray Oliveira in the 10th round at the ExCel Conference Centre in London on Saturday night, will take on IBF champion Tszyu in what will be one one the most hotly anticipated bouts to take place in the UK for years.
