Borzakovskiy strikes gold

Russia’s Yuriy Borzakovskiy won the men’s 800metres final tonight despite a season’s best performance from South African Mbulaeni Mulaudzi.

Borzakovskiy took the top prize but had to hold off a powerful finish from Mulaudiz who settled for silver, just 0.16 of a second behind.
