The Taoiseach, Bertie Ahern, has added his congratulations to Cian O'Connor after his performance last night won him an Olympic Gold Medal in showjumping.

The Taoiseach, Bertie Ahern, has added his congratulations to Cian O'Connor after his performance last night won him an Olympic Gold Medal in showjumping.

He said that it is a testament to the commitment, dedication and training which O'Connor put in.
