Power completes Irish cross-country double

Seamus Power has completed a cross-country double for Ireland by leading from start to finish in the men’s 9.5 kilometre Margate International cross country meeting in England today.

He clocked 28:43 to finish six seconds ahead of Chelmsford’s Adrian Mussett.

Third was former English national bronze medallist Billy Farquharson (Mansfield) in 28:54.
