Warren brands Arthur stupid for hiding illness

Promoter Frank Warren branded Scottish fighter Alex Arthur stupid for not revealing he went into his British super-featherweight title defence against Michael Gomez suffering from a throat infection.

The Edinburgh fighter blamed his illness for his surprise defeat at the hands of the Mancunian at Meadowbank.
