Sauber deal rolls on

Swiss-based Formula One team Sauber were given a boost today after extending their sponsorship agreement with one of their main backers, Credit Suisse, until the end of 2004.

“For many years I had been trying in vain to find a big Swiss sponsor until the partnership with Credit Suisse came about,” said team chief Peter Sauber of the agreement that began in 2001.
