Carroll heads the Irish challenge in Silverstone

Portadown’s, Adam Carroll is the top Irish qualifier for today’s British Formula 3 Championship race at Silverstone.

Carroll, who missed a number of races after the collapse of Sweeney Racing and their Lola Dome project, will start today’s race from the third row of the grid with 17-year-old Nelson Piquet Junior taking pole position.
