Buckley wins in Carlow while Keohane is second in Scotland

Dom Buckley/Brian Murphy won the Carlow Rally, the fourth round of the Dunlop Championship.

Their Subaru Impreza was a minute and six seconds ahead of the WRC version of Michael Barrable, who collected top points for the national series.
