Gary McAllister has put Liverpool back into a two-goal lead in the Uefa Cup final in Dortmund.

McAllister scored from the spot after the Alaves goalkeeper was deemed to have brought down Michael Owen in the box.

Alonso Ivan pulled the Spanish side back into the match in the 27th minute, following goals by Markus Babbel and Stephen Gerrard for the Merseysiders
