Golf: Phillips looking for a good finish

England’s Van Phillips was today hoping to finish what he started in the delayed first round of the French Open in Lyon.

Phillips was unable to complete his opening round after heavy overnight rain on the already saturated course caused a four-hour delay to the morning’s play.
