Former snooker star Alex 'Hurricane' Higgins was warned today he must pay to replace a smashed pub window or risk facing criminal charges.

The owners of a bar in Bangor, Co Down, where plate glass was shattered after Higgins was ordered out for abusing staff said they were prepared to drop demands for court action if he meets the £480 bill.
