FIFA postpones tomorrow's meeting with EU after submitting new transfer plans

The International Football Association (FIFA) yesterday requested to delay tomorrow's meeting on the reform of the international football transfer system with the European Commission, said Amelia Torres, the commission's competition spokeswoman.

"The commission has received a new document, which it is now studying," she said, declining to comment its content.
